What a show season!

We spent this weekend at the American Red Cross Holiday Craft Show at the Kingston Armory. What a wonderful time we had. This year we expanded to double booths when possible and what a difference it makes. It allows our customers the opportunity to peruse our goods and an opportunity for us to spend time with them, which I love. This photo was taken at just after 9 am when the show opened. Tina is at the register and Angie was jockeying our cars out of the show's parking lot.  I couldn't have done this show without them!

We saw so many of our returning friends/customers, several who came out to the show just to visit us.  Thank you to all!  We have so much fun with our friends/customers and some heart moments too.  I feel so blessed that people have opened their hearts to our Friends, Emma and our mission. I love that people bring other people and share with them about what we do and why we do it. I heard it many times this weekend, people coming into the booth, bringing someone new to us and explaining Emma's Friends to them as they come in.  What a gift. What they don't see is my heart break and soar at the same time.  Breaking for their kindness and caring for our mission and soaring because they want to share it with their friends.

And then, there are the accolades for our goods, which is also humbling. Year over year, we hear people say they love our mission and to hear they love our products is wonderful. They say, "We love your mission and what you do and your products are just amazing." We've heard some wonderful stories of how our goods have been enjoyed and given. And to see the gift recipients come in then, and purchase for themselves. Lovely.

And so has been the story of our growth...  we are so grateful and thankful to all who have opened their hearts and stepped out to try our goods... and come back again and again. As we wind down the show season, with only two small shows left, I can't imagine what next year will hold for us. But... I can't wait to find out!

Thank you to all ...  hope to see some of you at the Valley County Club (private show for members) on Thursday and then at our season closer, Hawley's Winterfest on December 11th.  A great place to end the season... my hometown and a beautiful celebration of the holiday season.  Hawley's Winterfest is really a fantastic way to celebrate the season.

Be well, stay warm and look up!
Lynn and all of Emma's Friends
